Jiangsu Long Sheng Drilling Machinery Company locates in ChangShu Economic Development Zone, which is 110km and 70 minutes driving to Shanghai, we started in 2006, we are a leading supplier in Oil and Gas equipment components with real close die process, we have a new installation of 15,000 ton press for high pressure valve body (mainly for API 6A) applied in multi rams close die to pierce the body, it will be also highly effective to make Wellhead component such as Casing Head, Tubing Head Casing Spool and other Wellhead components by piercing the body and also forming the 2 ends flange, which result in saving 40-50% material saving and significant machining hours.
We will significantly help our customer to reduce the cost, improve the product performance, and shorten the lead time.
There are around 150 employees, more 40 obtained diploma, 6 engineers in the company, facility covers 20,000 square meters, main equipment include 15,000 ton multi rams close die press, 3,200 ton multi rams close die press, 2,000 ton vertical press, 1,500 ton press (2 units), 800 ton press, 630 ton press, 2 heat treatment lines, lab, daily capacity is 50 tons.
